How long does Sustanon really stay in the system?

I stopped my last blast on 15.08 (600 Sust, 400 Primo). Followed by a TRT (180 Test C a week). I thought I should do bloodwork on 04.10 to see where I stand, I'm happy with almost everything (lipids, kidneys, liver, hematocrit etc.).
BUT to my shock my total testosterone is at 1500ng/dl !!! I can't explain this...my last TRT was 190mg test E a week and my tot. test. back then was 1200ng/dl so how can this be?
Do the long esters of Sustanon (deconate & undeconate) really stay in the system for over a month?!
I mean it's not bad, all blood levels are good, but still my math doesn't add up. I will now wait another 4 weeks and see where my tot. Test is.
By the way, my free test is at 1320pmol/l (102ng/dl).

For your initial question, with the information that you see available that's floating around the internet, and with pharmacology reports that Sust has a long half life, is very accurate because of the Undec ester.

But regarding your blood work, this necessarily doesn't translate to your blast, you could have very well pulled your blood work a bit too close to your most recent injection with your TRT.
I Just recently pulled some blood work as well, I'll post them later but there's a big difference with the blood work that I did recently, compared to the one I did before that. The one I did prior to this one, I mistakenly pulled my blood work too soon, was literally 24 hours after my injection but only because I made a mistake with my blood work scheduling that I had booked prior. That was the only opportunity I had.

Where I'm getting at is, having the appropriate time after your most recent injection plays a huge role.

Could you post the results of your bloods?

Now was your test literally 1500 on the money?
Because if it was then it sounds like your test was capped and the potentially could have been greater than >1500

That's a fantastic number for just TRT..
 
Very possible some lingering test from the sust or simply anything else, there’s differences in every bottle of gear I assume, some hit the label on point some lower some higher, maybe just on some higher dosed stuff currently unless it’s the same bottle as your previous trt run.

No it's capped you're right, but free test is 1320pmol/l from that value together with Albumin and SHBG I can calculate tot. test and it's betweend 1500 and 1600ng/dl. I hope I calculated everything right :p if it's higher I got a bigger problem and don't know from where these numbers come BUT back to your point --> I did bloodwork on friday and my last TRT injection Test C was on wednesday so over 48hrs later I pulled blood later. I'm injection 0.4ml from the Test C 200mg/ml vial from EP e3d. I was always very happy with EP products!

Well I use always EP Products as a Test Base, I used Sust and Test E before, now for TRT Test C......

This must be the answer mate, thank you very much! For my experience....I will NEVER use Sust again, very unstable levels when it's still in my system one month later! I pined e2d.....
 
4-6 weeks I believe! I love sustanon haven’t even touch my trt script this year yet! Need to switch back though in December
 
Hi Guys, just wanted to give you an update, did bloodwork again yesterday and received today, Heart, Kidney, Liver is fine. But Fu** my Total Test is still over 1500ng/dl (capped) if I use a calculator https://www.edenclinic.co.uk/testosterone-calculator It get even worst. I get the result of 3000ng/dl. My free Test is around 84ng/dl (seems not capped test). I am on 180mg Test C per Week! Should be TRT / Cruise Phase after my last blast. My previous Cruising Phase was Test E 190mg/week and I had 1200ng/dl !! So it is not the sustanon from my last blast it must be the Test C which stays much longer in my system!!! I will drop the dosage now from 180mg to around 120mg and do bloodwork in 3 weeks again....I don't want to start my Deca, Primo, Test Blast Cycle until I know what's going on.
