need help regarding my testosterone lvls (low even on trt)

hey guys would love some insight about my situation since i come a 3rd tier country and doctors aint best here to i did blood work and found i had low t levels around (300ng) hence why i decided to get trt at first i got some ugl test e after a few weeks on 200mg a week split every 3.5 days my lab results came around 422 asked a bit and got recommended to switch over to pharma grade testosterone got bayer test e and did the same protocol didnt feel better so i even bumped it to 500mg/ week split in 2 and result is (315ng)
doctor said to hop off since my body isn’t able to process testosterone and live forever with low t even tho am only 20
ps: i was born during the 6 month of pregnancy if thats relevant ,my e is in range same for my shgb . thank you

imma send the vial to a lab tomorrow , my main worry is could my body really be rejecting the testosterone like doc said ? and thanks a lot

I guess it's not impossible but I highly doubt it unless you have some underlying health issues

Personal opinion is that of Sam’s, highly doubting that you have quality gear that either not fake or severely underdosed. Go order some H&B test, use 250mg per week and retest bloods in 6 weeks. If your labs are off, you should go see an endocrinologist. I posted my blood work today from H&B gear for reference. At 600mg test a week my total test was 3811.

as far as the blood panels my health is in check also since the levels dropped from the ugl to pharma its leave suspicion and 500mg a week for 300ng is unheard of i think

thanks a lot for the infos will order these vials and test again the logic would say the gear is fake but thought that’s wasn’t a possibility since its from a pharmacy

How do you know it was fake? Did you send it out for testing? Who tested it and what were the results?

it wasn’t completely fake send it to a lab for a test it contained around 180 ish mg of test per ml
and since i was pinning twice i should have around 360mg of test a week in my body so the 300 ng is still weird so is my body really non responsive or should i do a full blood panel ?

There are people much more knowledgeable than me, I can only speak for my experience but 360mg of testosterone would put me easily at or above the high end of the reference range. I would get a full blood panel and if you decide to continue pinning use a reputable source here with labs posted.

Give @SB Labs or @Platinumpharm a try. Their tests have been coming back on point it seems.

You may have said and I missed it but have you only used one ester? Enanthate? Cypionate? I would suggest trying a different Ester that you haven't used before. Even Sustanon as it is a combination of several esters.
