So I’m about a week away from ending my current cutting cycle. I ran Test/Mast at 500/500 for 14 weeks. For 6 weeks I also ran Tren at 50mg ED. Added Winny for the final 7 weeks at 60 mg split AM/PM. Dropped from >18% BF to <14%, increased muscle mass as well while running a deficit at 1900 calories/day.

I plan on continuing to cut while on TRT. I’d like to get to 10% BF before I start a bulk cycle. Couple of questions for those with experience.
  • My TRT dose is 200mg/week, I inject Sun/Thur. Is it worth adding a low dose primo or mast to the TRT or should I do test only and give my body a break? If so, what doses have you found effective that don’t impact blood markers? I’d like to minimize my muscle loss as I continue to cut.
  • Should I continue at 1900 calories a day?

Still in the planning phase for my bulk for early next year. Planning test/dhb plus whatever else I decide between now and then, likely masteron.

Appreciate the help from more experienced folks then I!

200 test 200 mast is a pretty common cruise. I’ve seen perfect bloodwork on these low doses. That little extra bump will definitely help preserve more money and give you a better look, but it’s not entirely necessary. All depends on your goals.

Shouldn’t lose any muscle going from 14-10% I’d stay at 1900 if you’re still losing weight, if not lower or add more cardio.

Adding mast or primo to your TRT would depend on how your bloods look currently with 500 mast, 350 tren and 420 winstrol. Just my opinion.

Great points. I took bloods after week 8 and aside from lipids they were good. Liver/kidney markers were all perfect. That was right after ending tren and before adding winstrol. I'm expecting some elevated liver enzymes after 7 weeks of winny. Would you take bloods right at the end of the cycle or let things settle for 6 weeks before taking them?

If you can’t go from 18% to 10% in 14 weeks without all those drugs, you’ve got diet and training issues. Let alone WITH that much gear.

Pics.
I’m certainly no pro, so surely I could get things dialed in better. But as a former fatty getting into shape for the first time, I’m quite happy with my progress. Here's my history:
  • Started health journey about a year ago at 250lbs and I'm guessing ~26% BF. I'm 6'3".
  • Got on TRT (actually needed it due to total T of 301, ref range was 300-900)
  • Cut down to 215 and ~18% bf
  • Got on current cycle. I spent the first half of the cycle thinking I could recomp eating at maintenance (2350 calories/day). I lost a couple of % BF this way, gained some muscle too, but decided I should do a proper cut, so dropped to 1900 calories/day.
  • Current weight is 197, ChatGPT estimates me at 14% BF. My Hume home scale says I'm 8%, which I know isn't true. So going with ChatGPT on this one (very uncientific way of measuring, I know)
Here's my diet/excerise program:
  • Diet:
    • Track macros using MacroFactor
    • 1900 calories: 180g protein, 60g fat, 200g carbs
      • MF says my average calorie intake from 6/24 - 9/19 was 2005/day, so slightly over goal, but that includes my time trying to recomp
      • I'm typically over my fat intake goal by 20-40g each day, I hit my protein and carb goal pretty darn close
  • Excercise
    • I'm following Jeff Nippard's bodybuilding program
    • Its a Push/Pull/Leg/Arm split. Its focused on progressive overload and taking sets to near or actual failure. 90 minute sessions, 6x per week
    • Cardio has been lacking. Typiclly 10 min brisk walk on a treadmill. For the last 3 weeks I've increased it to 25 min of run/walk alternating as I build up cardio endurance (couch to 5k program)
@CoachCabo I don't have the confidence or desire ot post a pic publicy. Happy to DM one to you though.

I spent 14 weeks getting essentially an athletic dad bod. But for me, the gear and program was motivation that I couldn't muster previously. Needless risks? Probably. Regrets? None. Would love a coach to help me dial things in and then get into a proper bulk. I'd really like to bulk up to 225 at <12% BF over time. I have no plans on competing. This is purely vanity, a little body dysmorphia, wanting to feel good about myself, and having the disposable income to waste on it.

Running mast gram for gram with the test. Primo can be ran much higher, it’s a lot easier on my body. I’m running test at 350 and primo at 700, really smooth cycle. Mast drys me out a little, makes me kinda ache.

Really squared away program brother, much respect!

i haven't tried primo yet. Its so dang expensive though, especially at that dose you are running! So I've been holding out. But I keep hearing good things, I'm going to have to just take the plunge and do it. Are you particular to a specifc vendor?

I am using platinum primo and test cyp, it’s dosed at 125mg/ml, test at 250mg/ml..

I use a slin pin and back load 80 units of primo and 20 units of test. Thats 1ml a day 100mg primo, 50mg test cyp. Works out great.

Sounds like you really trying to make an effort to lose weight and so far you’re doing a good job! I would recommend to invest in a coach that can help with both training and diet since what you find on internet might not always be what's optimal for you. Drugs have its place but new habits with diet/training is what will give long term results.

Good luck.
