Thats just my recency bias talkingYou think you're flat at 13 weeks out? Just wait.![]()

meals when I’m at work and then get a bunch of dates in my sister prior to training. About a 100g of carbs worth.

yea it will be interesting. I have never used clen so I’m curious how I will reactLooking good 11 weeks out homie. Clen will hit nicely at this point as always gets a nice swoosh when introduced.
We're competing on the same weekend.![]()
Assuming you guys start at 20mcg...you should see a drop in weight that week as your NEAT will increase. It hits right away and gives a nice bump to energy levels.yea it will be interesting. I have never used clen so I’m curious how I will react
Bro apple Jax and vanilla iso isI have never had this cereal before and I’ve been hearing Roman Fritz talk about it being his favorite.
Decided to give it a go for high day and holy shit. This is good stuff.View attachment 141568

I gotta stay busy on clen..the jitters/ancy feeling really set in if I'm not active, which works well at my job, bcus there is not much sitting..Assuming you guys start at 20mcg...you should see a drop in weight that week as your NEAT will increase. Yup that’s exactly how I did itBro apple Jax and vanilla iso is![]()
I'm stealing thatI’ve been really digging this meal post workout. It’s a rip off from Wesley Vissers and it’s amazing.
One serving cream of rice. 200 grams strawberries and 125g banana. Topped with chocolate iso that’s mixed with just enough water to create a drip.

Thank you brother. Will do.Just spent an hour reading this log. Worth it. Awesome progress and you are built like a tank. Great back.
I just started with Justin Harris a couple weeks ago so it's cool to see how Kurt is handling your food. Keep us updated on your progress. Can't wait to see you shredded.

Yea I thought that was pretty coo. He thought you where dropping weight too fast?Thank you brother. Will do.
Yea I didn’t foresee my food going up in prep since it’s my first time competing but I can’t complain. Good luck with Justin. A top notch coach for sure![]()
Exactly. He says there’s plenty of time and doesn’t want me risking the potential muscle loss. If I need to crank it up it will be no problemYea I thought that was pretty coo. He thought you where dropping weight too fast?
The conservative thing to do especially for your first show. Always better to play it safe as nobody knows how your body will respond at lower bodyfat %'sExactly. He says there’s plenty of time and doesn’t want me risking the potential muscle loss. If I need to crank it up it will be no problem
It’s almost like I’m talking to KurtThe conservative thing to do especially for your first show. Always better to play it safe as nobody knows how your body will respond at lower bodyfat %'s
As you get more experienced you can do shit like being aggressive between the 12-6 weeks out area with the thinking you have the bodyfat to dip into on the aggressiveness as opposed to trying to go nuts pushing/losing muscle the last 4 weeks on dumb low calories, this way you can come in early and slightly increasing/cruising up into the show.
You guys will kill it!

That other thread you started was helpful for me to read. Listen to the coach and execute. Don’t think about anything elsePerfect situation man. You bumped up calories and your body soaked them up without weight gain.
