Previous cycle was 500 test E 200 Tren E for 10 weeks I plan on running the same gear but for 20 weeks this time around.

540MG of Sustanon a week split into Mon/Wed/Fri
200mg Tren E a week split into Mon/Thurs

I'm 6'0 200lbs

Here are some pictures of me currently on a cruise (250mg Test E) no diet lifting 4x a week

I plan on going back to my diet and lifting hard 5x a week and doing cardio 7x a week once I hop back on a cycle

If you only train hard and watch your diet on cycle. What’s the point? You’re just going to lose your gains especially trying to bounce back from 20 weeks of Tren.

Everyone wants to ride the Tren train

Not gonna lie, I toy with the idea of adding 5mg per day just to help with Catabolism but it's not worth me getting any less sleep than I currently get.

You should take some time and learn how to train and eat before hopping back on a cycle of tren.

Dropping 20lbs while cruising wouldn't be a bad idea.
