When to cut after a bulk

Once again, I hear so much different information. Currently on week 7 of a cycle of test 450mg a week, planning on running it for 20 weeks total if bloods look good. My question is when would be ideal to start cutting? Making good gains so far and a little bit of fat. I hear you want to eat at maintenance to let your body adjust to the muscle it has gained once you are done bulking instead of sending it straight into a cut. I plan on dropping the dose down to 200mg and cruising after the 20 week mark. Also 2 1/2 weeks in on Anavar right now if that matters. Plan on running that for 8 weeks total. When do you guys start your cut? Thought I knew enough before jumping on this cycle but I continue to hear/learn new sht everyday 🤣
 
That means you give your body organs a break recover, do your blood work and make sure everything is back in range before you continue taking additional gear.

Time off but without just diet, cardio and TRt I would wait a month

I’m saying after a bulk on cycle do you just right into a cut at trt doses? Or do you sit at maintenance calories for a bit so your body can adjust to your new muscle before cutting. I’ve heard mixed things. That u can lose gains fast if u just right in.

I also like a maintenance phase, even if only for a short period of time. 6-8 weeks. For not only a physical break, but a mental one as well.
 
I try and carry weight for a few months,
Slowly adjusting food and carb down a little. Don't get to fat on a bulk and u don't need to cut, something i do a recop cycle, which im doing now for summer.
I try to never do long cuts unless u need to look super shredded for something.
U need to adjust those gaining months properly, if u cutting your not gaining.

thank you. I was informed jumping into a cut right away without letting your body get accustomed to your new weight could result in major muscle loss. Could be wrong just wanted to ask! Thanks.
 
I used to bulk fall and winter, then start cutting in February to do summer time bodybuilding competitions in May, June July. 6 month bulk and 16 weeks cutting to first show then maintenance through summer. In my competition days I always blasted. Being older and smarter, if I could do it again, I’d blast Heavy for a 16 week bulk, cut heavy during the 16 week cut, then cruise low doses for 20 weeks.

20% !? You should be cutting now! Trying to bulk or add muscle and push kcal at the BF is not a good recipe. Usually just adds fat on top of fat

Really don’t want to waste my first real cycle. Think I’m going to ride it out 8 more weeks then cut. Making good gains and bf is actually dropping
