I always know it’s coming but it’s like waiting for Christmas. Anyways my order arrived today and it was a beauty. 14 kits!
Yep you're good for a bit.Every time I order from Ironlion, it feels like the longest 2-4 weeks everI always know it’s coming but it’s like waiting for Christmas. Anyways my order arrived today and it was a beauty. 14 kits!
Training still going well, making progress. Weight still fluctuating between 195-197. About 5 weeks until starting prep.
My gym finally got a hack squat which i am more than excited to start attacking. Quads in tap for tomorrow, you know what I’ll be hitting.

Thanks bro. I’ve been trying to bring up the upper back/ mid trap area. Always room to improveVery impressive
True but I can already see some extra thickness and width compared to a while back. What your doing is workingThanks bro. I’ve been trying to bring up the upper back/ mid trap area. Always room to improve

Yea pretty crazy. A lot of that is just glycogen. Definitely added some lean mass, a little bit of fat too.U r up 25-26#'s in 4 months!!!!
Looking good brotha! Are your T-Bar rows lat grip or elbows out/wide grip? Only asking because I see mostly a lat focus with less rhomboid/teres focus.A great pull day session in the books.
Kelso shrug on T bar
2 sets. 6-10 reps. 0 RIR
T Bar row
2 sets. 6-10 reps. 0 RIR
Single lat pull down
2 sets. 6-10 reps. 0 RIR
Hammer strength lat row
2 sets. 6-10 reps. 0 RIR
Rear delt cable
2 sets. 8-12 reps. 0 RIR
Single Preacher machine curl
3 sets. 6-10 reps. 0 RIR
Elbows out. And that’s why I set it up doing the Kelso shrug and T bar row first. I was ramping up volume on the upper back row side but progress was stalling and dialed it back.Looking good brotha! Love the kelso's btw.
I figured it was elbows out and new there was a reason. Great programming. Got it all covered!Elbows out. And that’s why I set it up doing the Kelso shrug and T bar row first. I was ramping up volume on the upper back row side but progress was stalling and dialed it back.
I’ve been waiting for the official ketchup critique!
Yes, but by the appearance I bet thats about 15#s of lean muscleYea pretty crazy. A lot of that is just glycogen. Definitely added some lean mass, a little bit of fat too.

He's done great and everything right, but we could only wish.Yes, but by the appearance I bet thats about 15#s of lean muscle![]()
If I’m lucky, maybe 2-3 pounds during this recent pushHe's done great and everything right, but we could only wish.
That makes me feel better bcs I am lucky to put on 5#,s/year with a relatively equal year to BF & water retentionHe's done great and everything right, but we could only wish.
Definitely put on some lean tissue. Will be interesting to see exactly how much when you shred down. You've done great and should be very happy with the progress.@Meetketchup this is where I was at one year ago before blasting. I was about 165 in these.
Yeah, adding a couple to a few pounds of muscle is all we can ask for without going nuts on gear. Think about it though...go to the grocery store and grab a 2-3lb piece of meat. That is a lot of tissue in reality. That makes me feel better bcs I am lucky to put on 5#,s/year with a relatively equal year to BF & water retention
Very happy with the progress. Kurt is too. Thinks we are in good spot when prep starts in a few weeksDefinitely put on some lean tissue. Will be interesting to see exactly how much when you shred down. You've done great and should be very happy with the progress.

The best part of ending a prep is seeing what was actually built in the off-season. lolVery happy with the progress. Kurt is too. Thinks we are in good spot when prep starts in a few weeks

Look at you being all technical and shizz.30 minutes zone 2
As circumstances would have it, I happen to be available on leave of absence at this time. I would be more than happy to come back you up on any airway you want to tube or manage!Good morning gents
Had a great glute/ham session yesterday
Seated calves. 2 sets. 6-10 reps 0 RIR
Seated leg curl. 2 sets. 8-12 reps. To failure
Adductor. 2 sets. 8-15 reps. 0 RIR
SLDL. 2 sets. 8-12 reps. 0-1 RIR
Single leg press. 2 sets. 8-15 reps. 0-1 RIR
Leg extensions. 2 sets. 8-12 reps. Failure
No training today. Going to do 30 minutes zone 2 then 30 minutes step pace when I get out of work.
New job going well. Nice little surgery center. Working solo which is a little nerve racking if you run into airway problems but it is what it is. I know what to do but it was always nice knowing you had some back up if shit hits the fan. Until next time.
It’s in my nature, probably why I’m in the profession I’m inLook at you being all technical and shizz.
I appreciate that bro, always good to have a second set of hands when dealing with a challenging airwayAs circumstances would have it, I happen to be available on leave of absence at this time. I would be more than happy to come back you up on any airway you want to tube or manage!
