I'd be curious about your training. You do many sets of just 3 exercises. Obviously you can build muscle many ways. I see alot of people recommending 2 or 3 sets of each exercise. Typically 1 warmup,.1 failure, 1 offload. Or just doing 1 warmup 2 failure than next exercise. Howcome you do so many sets? Is it just personal preference or something more?
