Idk where you live or what you use, but I use "seuro" from cvs, provides chloride, magnesium, 1000mg of sodium, and 700mg of potassium in a pint of liquid for 3.99, that's over 10x the potassium of a regular Gatorade, with the inclusion of 1000mg of sodium which I'm not particularly font of, but i know its crucial, i'm surprised I don't see more people use it more seuro is aka pedialyte

What do you guys use? And how much?

Just looked at it and it's solid, I guess it doesn't matter if you use Gatorade pedialyte, seuro, as long is it works for you. Me personally I was drinking like 3 Gatorades in a 4 hour session, so I saw seuro and it just completely out classes your typically Gatorade on so many levels so I switched.

I judge hydration supplements on there potassium content because that's what dialates fhe blood vessels.

I use liquid IV post workout. Water the rest of the time

I've always drank at least 2 gals water a day most my life and always dehydrated. Shirts stained with white sweat constantly. I use a lot more salt now even in my soda water during meals and feel much better and far more vascular now. Can always tell when I'm getting dehydrated, I start gaining water weight. Put on 20lbs last time I was dehydrated bad

I get the same way. I get water weight if I don’t drink a gallon or more a day of water.

I recently just gave Axe and Sledge 🪓 products a try. I like watching Seth Feroce's YouTube and figured what the hell I'll give it a try. Plus the way the heat has been lately and my kids play competitive softball all day in tournaments sometimes 4-6 games in a day and they could use some hydration supplements and electrolyte replacements, besides Gatorade to help them throughout the day.

I bought Demo Day - shark bite flavor and Grind in the ice blue flavor. Both tasted horrible and left a chalky taste in your mouth. I cut the recommended scoop per 10oz of fluid in thirds to see if it would mix better and I was wrong. If you let the bottle sit for a few min all the powder will settle to the bottom of your drink.

What a waste of $75.

Check out "Hydrate" at..

503mgs of Electrolytes
18 minerals and vitamins
Zero sugar

16 packets for $20

I did some research over a yr ago..
My findings:
Most costs between 2 to 3 dollars a serving..

Also, coconut water is one of the best things..yet again, expensive..
Z...

Water
Idoinezed sea salt
Potassium mainly from food
Mag supps
Thus. You lift weights for an hour in an air conditioned building. Not running around the middle east with limited water. Salt your meals with iodized salt, eat nutrient dense veggies and fruit and water. Hard to believe but you will have a great workout unless you convince yourself of a placebo effect

Message support they will help you, Demo day is a bit chalky, like a lot of intra workouts I have tried.

However I constantly have 3 tubs of grind and I've only ever had one that was actually a bad batch. Grind shark bite taste damn good.

But message them and get replacements for free or a refund.

I drink LMNT. The most natural i could find. At first its really salty but it starts tasting really good.

This is what you are consuming... think about this when you see neon yellow, bright reds, electric blues, orange etc...
