Close friend's brother, a true gun toting conservative and constitutional, red blooded American kind of guy, was forced by employer to get the jab. Three days after second shot, dead from blood clot. Cause of death listed as Covid.

Employer mandated suicide.

To my understanding yes it does

The emergency authorizaton by law prohibits mandating.

We are seeing these States and companies violate existing Federal Law.

Which is not shocking as right now the Constitution is under complete and utter attack and the Feds under Biden are failing to comply with the Constitution in various things happening.

It's like any common criminal. You can violate the law and eventually you have to pay for it.

These people are crazy. 39% and dropping and they want to give it to kids that can't even tell they have it. Seriously when we had it our daughter 11 years old had a fever for 4 hrs.

I'm going to share what happened this AM.
These schools have lost their minds. Our daughter goes to middle school and yesterday when she got out of school she said with the mask and the smoke she felt like she couldn't breath. All of her friends were saying the same. So I looked up the smoke index for today and it said it was going to be worse. So I called the school and left a recording saying our daughter wouldn't be attending tomorrow due to the smoke as it's hard for her to breath.
So this morning we get a call about the smoke and delay from the school because of it. This morning I get a call from the school saying she had to stay out ten days because of covid symptoms because she's having a hard time breathing. Wtf I'm livid I lost it. So I was proactive yesterday and they called this AM to delay school because of smoke. All her friends are saying they can't breath because of the smoke and masks. It's so bad here it smells like a campfire in our house.
So I called the school district and they were in shock about what her school said. They're going to call me back. We'll see what happens. I told them to listen to my message I left.

So this is a warning. Watch what you say to these people! Common sense is completely gone. When you have smoke this bad and have a concern I guess you have to just say your child has a appointment or something. This is a clown world we're living in! Besides all this she already had covid this year!. Man I'm pissed.
I'm sick of it all. They can't use lockers because they're too close together. But they are elbow to elbow in class 35 kids. None of this makes sense, there's no consistency with any of it.

Yeah I know get her out of public school. Private schools are full and home school is the only choice. We did home school last year because the school was closed and we found she needed the social interaction. I just need to chill for a bit I guess.

Channel 8 called me back to do a sit down interview. But now the school called back and said she's welcome to come back at any point thats she's ready.

This shit has to end. I'm a person that has to been consistent with things or it drives me nuts. All this from the CDC changing weekly or the school board is driving me nuts. Seriously the locker thing cracks me up. Daughter says they're rubbing elbows in class but they can't have a locker because they'll be too close? This shit has to.end.
