My cutting diet with DNP/Masteron..

Critiques and advice are welcome.. I dropped 20lbs with my last run of LOW DOSE DNP (150MG EOD)

I'm running the same protocol but added in 250mgTest/500mg Masteron to see if it helps with hardness (you become a pancake on DNP.. Looks like you're on Keto.. flat as a pancake)

Like I said.. DNP 150mg EOD .. zero side effects except sweating easier. No lethargy.. no nothin. If you didn't know you were taking it you would have no idea. Crazy doses aren't needed with DNP.. follow your diet and let DNP burn 200-300 extra calories a day for you.

Diet:

1- 1 1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)
1 tablespoon cinnamon

2- 6oz Red (sirloin or 93/7 ground beef or bison)
3oz sweet Potatoe
1/2 cup green beans

3- 6oz Chicken or Ground Turkey
1/2 cup white rice (cooked)
2oz asparagus or broccoli
1 tablespoon cinnamon

4- 6oz Chicken or Tuna
3oz sweet potato
2oz asparagus or broccoli
1 tablespoon cinnamon

5- 8oz Tilapia, Swai, Cod, Tuna
5oz broccoli
1 plain rice cake
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon

-Condiments hot sauce, mustard, or salsa

-Intra Workou
1 serving amino
1 serving Creatine

-Post workout
2 scoops of whey
1 cup of my favorite cereal (golden grams or fruity pebbles)

*1 cheat meal a week*
(Taco bell!!)


At least 1 1/2 gallons of water a day or more

MACRO BREAKDOWNS:
Calories-1861 w/o shake or cereal
2191 with shake and cereal

Protein- 244w/o shake or cereal
295 with

Carbs- 108w/o shake or cereal
134 with

Fats- 42.4w/o shake or cereal
43 with



Has anyone ran CLA during a cut or have anything similar they believe whole heartedly that works?

Just trying to improve everywhere I can on this diet..

Nothing is gonna keep you from flattening out on DNP. It's temporary though so just embrace it.

Alc/CLA helps but it's not a game changer imo.

Something like injectable carnatine would be a great addition.

Keep the dose low, keep carbs low.

How long between DNP runs are you?
 
Do you have any injectable carnatine reading? I've never researched it..

I usually take 3-4 off between DNP cycles. It lets me fill back out and gets my t3 up and running again.

I run it for 3 weeks.. I would not advise anyone to do this. Run 2 weeks max. I know how my body reacts on DNP.. someone who's never tried it should never venture over 100mg for at least 5 days.. then slowly bump it up from there. Once you take to much it REALLY sucks. Just because you don't feel it doesent mean it isn't working. You don't have to sweat and be miserable on DNP to see amazing results.
 
Edit.. I meant 3 or 4 weeks off.. not days..

Also.. keep your carbs low on DNP.. if you go eat some birthday cake or cookies ect ect.. you will turn into a human furnace. It's NOT fun..

Ditto on the l carnitine bro love it and you can get this bet grade one for like 30 bucks for 100 ml cheap as dirt I do 1.5 cc pre fasted cardio and preworkout

As far as flatness I don't always do it but sometimes Ill do 100 grams carbs about hour pre workout then 10 iu novalog pre workout and sip on branch cyclic dextrin during training and I can keep some fullness without insulin you can eat all the carbs you want too fill out your just gonna get hotter and sweat more nothing will get in the muscle

Are you using the cinnamon as gda? Is a tablespoon sufficient for that purpose?
 
Danger yes.. it maybe placebo effect..but I feel it helps alot.

Supost too help release fatty acids for use more easily helps oxidation so in theory if more fat is released faster DNP is able too burn it up at a faster rate
