I hate this time of year in the gym...newbies suck bro lol. I'll get all kinda questions and then they are just in the way with the worst damn form you ever seen...if you can tell what the hell they are even trying to do. I'll help a mofo out alright...right the fuck out of my way brah lol.

Right before I got mine I asked the doc what size he was using and he said 29g 1" "but sometimes 25g 1 for certain situations.
