940 cals 26 p - cereal with fairlife
1380 cals 92 p - bacon chicken quesadilla

numbers look like shit on the workout, but shoulders and calves felt pretty good

absolute shit day in terms of macros. was stuck at the dr and pharmacy all day and didnt get shit for my sickness because the pharmacy didnt have it. didnt get to start eating til 3. macros totally fucked.

4690 cals 182 protein
2200 cals 60 p - cfa
1380 cals 92 p - bacon chicken quesadilla
150 cals - pepsi
960 cals 30 p - cereal with fairlife

Solid ass leg day though. didnt get to the gym til midnight though so i only hit 1 set per exercise.

screenshotted my entire spreadsheet to show the plan for the other 3 days in the rotation moving forward. note: push is dips or pushups, not both. and likely wont be able to squat every leg day. altho today i had sick form with 0 joint pain.

here are some of my infamous dips, i've added them back in. a lot less shakey this time, a lil deeper, but only 5 reps

i took a vid of the pump. stupid android wouldnt show the damn grainyness. so i tried turning up the sharpness but it just made it choppier looking 😮‍💨 definitely dont "feel" like 186 lbs tbh. looks a lot better in person

quads still sore af. knees a little pinchy though. diet was definitely a pretty fucked today. I feel like taco bell inflates the protein content on their listings. they definitely skimp out on the meat.

back day went ok. im definitely getting ready to sub out these chest supported rows though. i'll have to see what my new gyms got for lats when i move in a lil bit; ill probably wait til then to change it up. Getting pain in my hamstrings trying to do these lying curls still. I'll wait til i get to the bigger gym with a seated leg curl machine to add them back.
