Question - Has anyone had issues with Zelle being sent to Genlabs and being told they haven't received it using the approved emails mentioned on their website?

I've sent all the images I was able to locate with my bank with the order number only on the memos.

Yes I know should have used bitcoin payment. SMH
 
I’m having the same issue right now. I ordered yesterday and paid via Zelle, I asked them first because they sent two seperate Zelle email addresses which one to send it to, and they said either one. My order is still on hold so I reached out, and they said they haven’t received it, and told me to cancel it and resend it to their other email, the second one they sent me, after telling me it didn’t matter which email I sent it to.

I provided every screenshot and transaction picture I had, and I’m currently waiting for a response right now, but this is my first time using them, and they come highly recommended, and this isn’t a good start to the ordering process with them.

Thats a great question, who knows.
I've only had this issue one other time but it was quickly resolved.

I've purchased from they numerous times.

I ended up using Bitcoin payment this time just because I really need my order.

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly and its actually zelle issue not yms as they have been solid for years.

Yms. They are saying that they haven’t received it, even though I provided all the screenshots of the transaction, and even called and spoke with my bank regarding it and they even confirmed it was delivered to them 11 minutes after I sent it.

Were you able to cancel your Zelle payment? My bank told me that I would have to file a dispute, and go from there if I wanted to cancel it

Nope wasn't able to cancel. Bank told me because its completed cant cancel and will need to request the money back from the recipient.

This is my first time using them, but they come so highly recommended, and it’s putting a bad taste in my mouth because of this right off of the start.

I will mention name or specifics but from my experience in this shit i would use them.
 
Is YMS still legit and around...? I heard rumblings they got big time busted and shut down....didn't they recently pivot and show back up as Nextbuy.vip or whatever?

Nextbuy is like a subdivision where they are selling prescription drugs and other stuff, my brother used them and he had no issues with that side of them.
 
@Wiseguy is usually in the know on YMS may even be a rep? I'd ping him too if you have not hit anyone up here (ASF) yet.
