Made a pretty decent-size order on Sept. 19th. It took a long time with shipping. The package finally made it to USPS and passed customs. On Oct. 14th. I was notified that they used a fake label and therefore the package was seized. They have refused to give me a refund and now they are saying all new items, aka my replacement, are on back order for a few more weeks. I’ve seen nothing but bad reviews from this place. I don’t know how they are still on this form posting daily when no one gets their product.

There was a HUGE issue recently with fake shipping labels… tons of money! One lady ripped off the usps for 150mill… its nucken futs… they also send with a weight less than the package which raises issues as well

I’m sorry 7 days not 4. Weird cuz when I gave payment u “shipped “ within 24 hours but now it’s been a week to provide replacement you guys are shady no other way around it idk how you still do business here. Provide a refund

Nobody gives refunds for seizures and never have…… But if it was seized because they used a fake label to scam the shipper then yes you should either get a reship of product or a refund because it’s their fault.

Depending on the outcome here and a couple other similar threads the mods will ask the admin to not renew their sponsorship and ban them for the forum.
But with the current situation in China and everything out of stock or low stock you have to give them time. In most these cases the customer is not patient enough and starts claiming they were scammed way too early

I get it but first package took over a month then got seized because of a FAKE LABEL just negligent and then 10 days to ship a replacement I don’t think I’m jumping the gun. If you’re a good sponsor u shouldn’t use fake labels period

A month is not uncommon out of China with the these trade wars and tariffs going on.
And I can tell you most sources out of China, Pakistan or India don’t do reships until at least 4-6 weeks have gone by.
I personally have gotten reships twice then the original pack shows up so I received both packs. That’s why they have to wait.

It's been a week since you posted this and remember things coming out of China are pretty much under tightened scrutiny. Patience is key in this time. The rep has posted twice in this thread.
