I have a stable of rich old women that pay me for service. I don't know if you call it work but my back is killing me.

85 to 90 hrs weekly. 2 full time jobs, 2nd shift as chemical operator and 3rd shift maintenance for Shaw floors.
Actually the reason I don't see some gains like I want do to not getting proper sleep. Working out is rough some days through the week, I have a setup at the house. I'll hit it right before starting the day at 2pm. Always 30 pull ups a day and how many push ups I can get in between getting ready. On cardio days straight to walking pad out of bed then pull ups and pushups all fasted. Weekends I hit hard on major muscle groups to get in what I can. This does not work the best and I know but I was 15 years at a chemical plant that paid very well for my age and when they shut down 2yrs ago had to work two jobs to keep the same lifestyle and bills paid. Down to the wife's car being left for pay off once that's clear going down to 1 job and focusing a lot more on my gains.

I know what you mean. It's pretty much all I've done my adult life, since i was 19 years old. I do like my 2 weeks off though, when i dont have to work over.I don’t miss anything about the 7/12’s life except for the paycheck
Yeah I bet that schedule is actually pretty nice. I was a boilermaker in my previous life so working shutdowns 6-8 months out of the year we would put in anywhere from 60-84 hours a week depending on the job and how fucked it wasI know what you mean.
