So I've done the wolverine stack, then I've done each compound separately. As they have different half-lives and while they sort of do the same thing, they also wildly do different things. First off consistency matters. You can't just do it a few times a week and expect any results. You're not going to get results for months so you need a pin daily for maybe 3 months. I found that spot pinning with bpc, if you can manage to pinch any fat around the area, works great. But you definitely need that build up time. For example I compete in strongman and the highland games, my knees hurt or at least they used to hurt, now after spot pinning not so much. My experience with TB was a little bit different. TB is your ibuprofen, I could take it Sub-Q in the gut and while it wouldn't reduce inflammation as much as Bpc, It seemed to Target everywhere and slowly reduce pain over time. I could feel it working in my knees and my shoulders over time. I pinned both separately for 3 months and then together for 3 months. This was over a 9-month period. The stack was okay but I don't think I'll go back to it, I prefer of being able to Target bpc. I do think I'll run each independently at different times.
