Is it ideal to split daily winstrol into two doses, morning and night? Or is 1x day fine?

Usually one is fine if you’re taking 25mg (30 min pre workout)

If your taking 50mg most of us will split it AM/PM

Winstrol taken orally has a half-life of about 8hrs. Split 3Xs/day would be optimal but if not morn and eve will work.
