Where to put money where creditors or nobody can touch it

I got around 34k in 2 checks that I’m getting by the end of the month, when I got sick last year and lost my job I ran up debt, a good amount…. I need to deposit these checks somewhere where creditors can’t have access to it, im open to illegal or shady ideas, lets hear what you got
 
Do you have a friend or family member you trust with your life? Might also be possible to set up a trust and put it in there, would have to talk to a lawyer about that (which I most certainly am not...)
 
If you live in a state where you can form a cheap LLC, I would do that. You can deposit the funds into a bank account specifically for the LLC and it would separate it from your personal account. There are several things to consider before starting an LLC though, and I would research the laws for your state and the requirements, along with the on-going fee’s if applicable.

No kids, I have my parents but checks are in my name, I was thinking of buying an ice cream truck I been looking and there is a website where they sell a bunch, they all like 87-89 models but they diesel and diesel engines run better then gas, have to buy freezer, generator ( Italian Ice truck) there a place called restaurant depot and they sell the huge buckets for $35, that’s a nice return and I live at the Jersey shore , if I can get it running by next summer, hire some highschool kid or college kid to drive it around, I think that’s a pretty good side hustle, I already do pretty damn good at my job now that would be on the side…. Idk but I don’t have much time to figure this out
 
i've had employees cash checks at check and go's. if you deposit it into your account it will be easier tracked. I wonder if cashing at a check and go, might make it hard for them to see that you ever got them.

Bro...you could just pay off the debt...youre gonna wish you did when that money's gone. Call them and negotiate a settlement for less. Or use a debt consolidation company.
 
if you are going to continue to have medical expenses put it in an HSA account
 
Unless you launder it there will always be a trail. That’s why I’m moving or out leaving this country is next to impossible with taking your wealth.
