I am interested in reading through proper studies on not only steroids but training and diet studies. I can seem to find workout regimen studies much easier than studies on steroids.

Is there a particular place to go for such a thing? I would love to properly review whatever data is available. If not studies I guess I would be left with going through each drug by name and just learning about its purpose and uses outside of a bodybuilding context?

At the end of this article are references that shaped my thinking years ago.

The results speak for themselves. Search any bodybuilder you aspire to look like and then search their training and diet program, it's pretty easy. That's what coaches are for though.

Hence the above recommendation.

Good advice so far, I personally promise to consume and review all specific sources provided here including the ones posted above.

When I get into something I really dive in and love the work behind becoming an expert in the topic. The idea of working with a coach is definitely something I will be doing in about 11 months from now after building a base of my own understanding and experience training first.

I find 1 site that has pretty accurate profiles on most compounds... let me find the link....

They have them listed with a brief description, then click on the name for a detailed breakdown.

lol

Hey look the reality is I made my decision already but I want a year worth of scary shit or positive shit between now and doing anything.

Honestly as far as I can tell the logs on this site is one of the best info sources I have seen. Tons of real tests and long term tracking, but real scientific research is an obvious thing to look for before doing something dangerous.
