What do you guys take everyday for your supplements or vitamins? Wether you’re on a cycle or not, what’s included in your everyday routine to help not only enhance your lifts but your everyday life? 💪🏻🦍🤙🏻

Interested to hear what folks have to say. I am currently on cycle so running a cycle support, fish oil, daily Mens multi, vitamin d, and greens powder.

Currently:
Omega 369
Turmeric curcumin
Biotin
Liv52
Super greens
Mag,zinc,calcium supp.

Red meat
eggs
oj + cranberry juice
Himalayan salt
vitamin d3 10000 ui a day

My cmp, cbc, lipid profile, thyriod, d3, all great. I probably wouldn’t take d3 either if I lived somewhere with more sunlight.

I’m a big big big believer in getting everything I can through food first and foremost.

  • cycle organ support
  • daily multi (animal pak)
  • omega
  • d3/k2
  • probiotic
  • Berberine
  • p5p
  • creatine
  • magnesium
  • potassium
  • taurine
  • vitamin a
  • liv52
  • dhea
  • Collagen and biotin
… yes it’s a lot to swallow lol

That's a great layout. I am very similar but I take close to 25000 iu of d3 some days and also eat liver. Only thing I would change is celtic sea salt instead of Himalayan salt.

Tell more about this 25000ui and Celtic sea salt 🧐

I don’t know if I could fuck with liver 😂😅

Liver is great, honestly nothing makes me feel better. It has to be quality though, don't buy it from a grocery store, lol.

I believe in mega dosing d3 to keep my levels high. I don't want my bloodwork to drop below 50ng/dl. To me, it's the most important supplement unless you're out in sunlight every day. I think celtic sea salt is just superior quality, and it tastes better. :D I use the Selina brand.

Mmmm that liver business sounds sketchy 😂 jk I know it’s good but I’ve yet to commit to it. D3 was 96.7 last bloods 😉 I work outside.

I think ur onto something with that sea salt tho. I cooked some steaks at my aunts house a few weeks ago and she uses Celtic sea salt. Next day I cook some steaks at my house using Himalayan and it was not as tasty. Thanks bro!

Damn just the animal pack is alot :) I remember when I was young I could only swallow a pill at a time.. that has drastically changed and I can just take handfuls now lol

Multi vitamin
B-complex 100
Magnesium
Potassium
Curcumin
Red yeast extract
Co-q10
D3
Berberine
Nattokinase
Taurine
Omega 3s

I'm lucky no stomach upset and I can take a handful at a time.

WOW. There are a lot of comments and lists on here. I'd like to seperate from some advanced cycles and from being human.

We just have above some amazing profiles to look into.

That was a lot to take in and a lot to be invested. A lot of these guys are checking off every box.

That being said I'll break it down a bit.

For everyone and anyone lifting:
1. Very good multi vitamin. I use controlled labs orange triad. This covers a wide range of needs for any of us.
2. Fish oil. You can choose whatever source you want but the highest epa and dha is the best. I take 4 1000mg a day and it doesn't seem to be enough. Omega 3s are incredible for a million reasons. Gobble them up.
3. I find a ZMA product to be beneficial. Others might disagree. It helps with cell production, test levels, and magnesium calms and helps me get my ZZZ's
These are the basics I recommend to everyone.

Yes vitamin D can be needed (I don't get much sunlight)
Joint support is covered in my multi.
I use a greens and reds supplement which certainly helps.
I use milk thistle for liver protection.

To sum it up, everyone is different and requires different things. Know what your doing and always help your body with damaging effects from gear.

The list is unlimited.

Cheers,

Nats

I take Controlled Labs Orange Triad. It's an all-in-one multivitamin.

I also take:
-raw cacao powder
-black ginger
-ashwagandha
-red reishi mushroom
-nattokinase
-serrapeptase

My current starting lineup is:

Ubiquinol
Astragalus
NAC
Extended Release RYR
Policolsanol
Niacin
Cholesterol Pro
Cod/Fish Oil
Circumin
Usually some type of immune support (haven't gotten sick since a mild case Covid a year ago, knock on wood)
Baby Aspirin
Arjuna
Vit C/D
Boron
Berberarine (if fasted blood glocuse gets too high)

Thinking of adding Levithian Labs Hemo Flow once I start my blast

Good lord. 🤮

Over the decades it has changed depending on what the latest science shows. But it would take me to long to type them all out. And in realty i am betting that most really don't have any real benefit as my diet contains a wide range of nutrition as it is. Real whole food is far superior to anything for a bottle in my opinion.

I advise my clients to give preference to whole foods in their daily diet. However, supplements can be a useful addition to maintain overall health and performance. I personally take vitamins from TriBull Balkan Pharmaceuticals. Is a supplement that contains 250 mg of Tribulus Terrestris extract per capsule, of which 150 mg are saponins and 50 mg are Protodioscin. This supplement is designed to enhance athletic performance, office performance and bedroom performance. It is easy to swallow and has fast release capsules for better absorption.

Omegas
Multi
Potassium
Magnesium
D3
Zinc
Red rice yeast
Citrus Bergamot
Creatine
L carnitine
Glutathione

I think that covers it.

It varies, but common supplements include multivitamins, omega-3s, protein powder, creatine, and vitamin D.
