They don't burn fat. They are popular because of all the hype promoting them. I have found them to help with water retention I tried one a few days before a show and, it seemed to really make my skin soft. I usually try to stick to natural or sea clay based thats what helps pull most of that thin layer of water in the dermis. These are a pretty good brand if you wanna give em a try, good for male or female.
