What mL syringe for 400 mg/week Test E?

My gear just came! Woo! it's been a few years since I did this, but am beyond excited.

I'm reading some guides on here, but if someone could help that would be awesome. I bought 3 x vials of 250 mg Test E and I am wanting to do a 400 mg/week cycle for 12-16 weeks. I've got the 23 gauge needles and the alcohol pads. What mL syringe would I want to buy and how much of the 250 mg Test E am I drawing per inject to achieve the 400 mg/week?

Since your first cycle, you forgot how to inject? You can use 23g for drawing and injecting if you want, but I'd recommend at least bumping up to 25g. You can get away with 1ml syringes, or use 3ml. For your cycle you would be doing .8mls (200mg) twice a week

My first cycle was in 2018, so yes. I have forgotten the proper math of something I've done once 5 years ago...

Your test is 250mg per ml

You want to inject 400mg

400/250 = 1.6

You need to inject 1.6ml per week to get ~400mg per week

How you break up that 1.6ml is up to you...

My mind is blown daily. It’s hard to believe people when they say they have experience then they don’t even know what equipment to but or can’t calculate simple math to dose it

So .8 twice a week..is good ..that is 2 tics shy of 1cc..watch some video on injections..1ml 25g should be good...
