Going for bloods again this upcoming Wednesday. Was having trouble finding a stock test that had everything I wanted so I started with something from PrivateMDLabs and added some stuff to it. Curious what some of the pros here think of it and if it's missing anything important. Total cost after coupons and whatnot is ~$525. I like testing every 4-6 weeks and while that cost is swallowable I'm curious if there are better options. I'll paste my ordered panel below but I'm curious what everyone else is ordering, where you're ordering from, how often, and what the cost is.

C-Reactive Protein (CRP), High Sensitivity (Cardiac Risk Assessment)
Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (includes eGFR): Albumin, Albumin/Globulin Ratio (calculated), Alkaline Phosphatase, ALT, AST, BUN/Creatinine Ratio (calculated), Calcium, Carbon Dioxide, Chloride, Creatinine with GFR Estimated, Globulin (calculated), Glucose, Potassium, Sodium, Total Bilirubin, Total Protein, Urea Nitrogen
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I (IGF-I).
Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS/MS
Sex Hormone binding Globulin, Serum.
Total Testosterone, Free (Dialysis) Testosterone (calculated)
Hemoglobin (Hgb) A1c
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA), Total
Complete Blood Count / CBC (includes Differential and Platelets):
WBC, RBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, Platelet Count, MPV and Differential (Absolute and Percent - Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosinophils, and Basophils)
Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
T3 Uptake; T4 (Thyroxine), Total; Free T4 Index (T7); Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Prolactin, serum
Lipid Panel: Cholesterol, total; high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol; low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (calculated); triglycerides; Non-HDL Cholesterol (calculated).

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

That's pretty extensive. A sample of one I get, not always the same just depends on what I've got going on.

I usually add GGT, Apo B, and Cystatin C because they are good indicators. I use Ulta Labs and Quest for private labs 4 times a year minimum. That TRT 2 pack has total, free and shbg if I remember correctly. No cap.

Is this a preset panel they have or did you build this?
