You look dynamite and very aesthetic during that time.. You probably felt like a million bucks too..

I was just pretty small kinda lean just doing hard labor 6 days a week. This was before I was an alcoholic and fat, 19 years old. I’m 29 now

A lot of people on gear wish they had your natural physique 😂
No way dude I was a twig. Maybe leaner than average but almost no muscle

Brother we have shared and lived a very similar path

My first competition. Less than 2 years after i hit the gym. Spent almost 6 months dieting down from a 7000 calorie fat i mean bulk. Over dieting and doing way to much cardio. 172 at 5"7" cough cough ish. Next year came back still natural and weighed in 186 after being sick for a few days, was 192 before i got sick. Don't have any pics from that one. My PC's have crashed a few times since 1992.

I looked way better when I was natty as a 20 year old. Stopped working out at 23 and slowly got in terrible shape. Didn't start working out until I left my ex at 30, started roids at 33. Still just a fraction of tge man I used to be. That's why I can't stand keyboard warriors that think steroids magically make you ripped and give you superman strength.

Eight years ago before gear, about 200lbs.

First 90 day stretch of consistent diet/training. The training sucked and the diet was "keto". I thought I looked fucking sick.

A few years later, was still training but addicted to opiates.

All I can say is incredible transformation. I’m assuming you’re sober now? I was an alcohol/cocaine/xanax guy for a long time I know the struggle. But you’re here now obviously crushing it so keep grinding brother 💪

Thanks player. Yea I specify opiates because that was the main derailer but I was a poly-addict. Psychedelics are my lost love, but doing heath ledger drugs is when things got spooky. Nothing goes better with blow than just a smidge of xanax.
I'm "cali" sober now. We have legal weed here now so that what I'll use recreationally. If I ever get dope cravings I use kratom leaf. It's kind of "all the same shit" to me but the effect of my health/life/wallet are inconsequential so far.
But yes, improving every year since getting out of jail. Picking up momentum and not slowing down. Pic from the last month, it's pretty cooked and in gym lighting. The other is more realistic.
