I’m trying to lose weight. I’ma female 5’3 weighting at 179 I’ve recently started going to the gym and lift weights
and do some cardio my goal is to lose fat and get pretty ripped but have no idea how much protein or calories. Which supplements is
possible to help me with this? I’m supposed to eat please help it would be greatly appreciated
 
Just keep working out and eat a bit less. to figure how many calories and protien we would need more info like age how often you work out, bf % a rough guess would be close enough. Throw in some cardio also
 
After watching a podcast on natural muscle enhancement , I decided to give this product a try since it had both tongkat Ali and fadogia..I like how both are in one pill and it convenient.
 
obviously these are general lines, but it is still a starting point
2-3 grams of protein for every kg of your ideal weight (not the current one, but what you would like to achieve)
0.5 gr (1 gr maximum) for each kg of your ideal weight
100-200 grams range of carbohydrates

Example
Let's say you need to reach 60 kg.
60 * 3 180 grams of protein (* 4 = 720 kcal)
30 g of fat (* 9 = 270 kcal)
150 grams of carbo (* 4 = 600 kcal)

1590 kcal / day

Follow the diet for 2 weeks and check your weight.
Then changes based on the results.

Clenbuterol will aid you with this and mostly discipline . You just have to get you’re mind right if this is what you truly want it shouldn’t be a problem
