I’ve repeatedly built my cart and when I try to check out, I keep getting a “page doesn’t exist”, have to back out, only to find that my cart has been emptied out and all of the information I entered previously is gone.

I’ve repeatedly built my cart and when I try to check out, I keep getting a “page doesn’t exist”, have to back out, only to find that my cart has been emptied out and all of the information I entered previously is gone.

Sorry you’re running into that. This experience is directly related to the recent DDoS attack we suffered, and while the website is back up, some users may still encounter session or cached-data issues during checkout.

Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Even better, open the site in an Incognito/Private window or use a completely different browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

Once you’re in a fresh session, rebuild your cart and try checking out again. Hopefully that should get you through without the cart being cleared.
