Nice leg session last night. Started with some pre exhaust work before hitting the compounds. Today will be a cardio only day. 45 minutes walking on the treadmill.

Started off week 2 with shoulder training today with a couple chest pump sets thrown in.

Working Sets:

Cable rear laterals 3×
Cable side laterals 2×
Smith machine shoulder press 3× with top set drop from 4 to 2 plates burn out.
Seated Dumbbell side laterals 2×
Seated Dumbbell rear laterals 1×
Seated Dumbbell front raise 1×
Cable flys 4×

35 minutes on the mill.

Have been pre exhausting the last 6 - 8 weeks before major movements so time to change it up and start with major movements for a few weeks.

Feeling great and training has been strong. I love Primo! Guys you've got to run it.

3 weeks down running Alpha Sigma gear and couldn't be going better. Feeling great in the gym and body composition is improving.

Now time for a few days off and some time in the sun and on the water.

Quad focused leg day tonight. Noticing more separation in my quads and calves are getting extremely vascular. Strength and stamina felt really good. The old powerlifter in me always wants to load up the bar and full send, lol. But age and injuries makes me think better of it.

I have began hitting the gym more regularly (3-4 times a week) because I’ve been following this log. I’m not on any gear, and I haven’t been on Trt for over a year now. I’m 41 and it is definitely tough realizing that I’m not as strong as I used to be 20 years ago.

Good deal man, glad to hear you're back in the gym. Stay after it and keep it up. It definitely takes some getting use to realizing you can't train the same or lift the same weight as you get older. But hey we're in there.

I just finished 30’days of ASL VAR. it was solid. Awesome pressed pills and no caps.
