USPS Rant, Wanna pile on?

So, I use informed delivery to check on my packages. Has this happened to you… you check for your package, it shows scanned in, then takes like a week to two weeks to arrive. Packing arrives and says “priority” yeah right. I thought priority mail was 2-3 days now a week to 2 weeks. This happens all the time to me. Sometimes I see the package has arrived in the city next to mine, 1 hour away, and it’s sitting there for like 3 days before it gets to my city to deliver. Says “priority mail”… Does USPS no longer do priority mail? Or they just don’t give a rip anymore about timing? It pisses me off to be honest. Or I will get an update it’s in a state thats 3-4 states away for days. The bam, it’s delivered. No update. The app sucks and so so does USPS, but I guess it’s all we got. Anyone else have these issues?

This is why u stay stocked at least 6months ahead, u have no control what shipping companies may do.

Oh I am stocked. Just for this reason. The usps is a hot mess.

My kid works for USPS, she has told me some horrible stuff about how things work there. For 1 thing they are severely understaffed and overworked..not to mention underpaid. She has 1 day off a week and works 10-12 hours every day. Youre right, Its a hot fucking mess. The turnover rate is incredibly high. Shes 20, and shes the ONLY person at her hub under 40. They're all older and running on fumes. TBH after hearing hoe things work from the inside its amazing anybody even gets a package.

I had something scheduled for yesterday. Then today. Was at my local PO early this morning. Then an hour later it’s at a processing facility on another plane of existence.

And I am well stocked up. Probably enough for shtf.

I've dealt w them since 1996 and on a scale of 1-10 i rate them a zero.

I told u guys how they're going after Bacteriostatic water. Just today look.what they did to my pack todestroy it and it's contents so I can't sell it

They actually have the balls to deliver it like this too.

See fragile stickers all over it? They destroyed it. This is the 3rd time they've done this. And they won't pay any insurance claims.

I legit have had packs shown that they’re landing at the local sorting facility…

Then they get sent to another sorting facility in a different county…then back to the SAME LOCAL…then back to the…wait for it…SAME FACILITY IN A SEPARATE COUNTY…


Then finally show up after 2 days of that bullshit…like legitimately spend more time bouncing between 2 facilities than it it took to actually show up…
