Unwanted user

I have to use a VPN to access the site, but after just a few minutes, the IP gets blocked and I have to switch servers to keep browsing the forum. Why is this happening? Am I unwelcome? I don't understand the reason.

For the past week I have been having a accessing ASF. Have tried using a proxy and a VPN and neither worked. Every once in awhile I can log in for 5 minutes then it stops working. Anyone else having this problem or any idea why?
