heavy cardio, abs, calves, forearms, Ab/Adductors, etc tomorrow

Been absolutely ravenous lately, and my strength has SHOT up. Seems like literally overnight everything jumped by 5-10% and appeared alongside intense hunger despite 7.5mg tirz.

I can handle the hunger for now, but it’s uncomfortable.

Been feeling a bit sleepy lately and have a kiddo getting surgery tomorrow. Relatively minor but it’s in the face and mouth so they’ll be recovering for at least a week.

So I’m going to take a week off of everything except fasted cardio. No shots, no logged food tracking, no significant lifts.

The goal is to just rest and relax until next Monday, but we’ll see how that goes.

felt so good to just do nothing today (aside from the surgery trip and then had another kid get sick on the way back).

Needed the break I guess. Might not take it a whole week…but this is good.
 
I hated taking a week off. So boring. So painful. But apparently I needed it. Felt strong as hell. BB bench is one of my worst lifts due to bad shoulder and I got 185 for 20, and then 225 for 9.5 one minute after.

Kinda wild. Switching the split up to lift for fewer days of the week, replacing the days with medium intensity cardio. We’ll see how it goes, thinking torso, lower, arms, cardio-only, full body, cardio-only, rest.

Not pictured: 10g jif pb, 15g honey, 1.5cup fairlife skim, 2 pieces wheat bread pre workout meal. Logging food starts again tomorrow.

250mg test d 1x week
1.6-3.2iu gh nightly (follow-up labs soon)
7.5mg tirz 1x week

Cardio only session was interrupted by a woman who thought I was harassing my lady. “Is this guy bothering you?” And she absolutely freaked out.

Eventually apologized and was clearly going thru something. But my treadmill reset and I lost 20 minutes.

bruh the treadmill reset is probably one of the saddest things ever.
idk what about it, but the few times ive accidentally dropped the emergency pin, or just hit stop/reset completely holy i lose all motivation to continue lol.
