Trying to use good labs

So here is my delima good labs does not accept labs from my zip code i do not understand this. I can use a zip code for the next state to schedule but when i enter my address it stops me. Anybody else run into this? are some states literally preventing me from getting blood work?

I wouldn't have ever guessed that would be a problem. Chat says:

A little trip in the google webs has revealed my delima. Apparently my state says its illegal for me to get my own blood work because i might not understand it.
