After speaking with the post office, it looks like my international order will not be delivered. I know I am just one of many who sre going through this due to an unfortunate situation. Pharmacom, Basicstero, and the customers didn't do anything wrong. However, sometimes things just go sideways.
I know there are many impatient, and rude customers who have zero understanding. However, both Pharmacom and by extension Basicstero have shown themselves to always do what is right.
I fully support not rushing into any decisions that will harm the stability of the company. Take your time, see what actually happened, and then do what is right for the situation.
I know that in the end, every customer will be taken care of.
If you have an order that had the "unpaid postage" error... don't be a jerk. Let them deal with it.
