Tren/HGH/TEST first run

Looking for some advice on dosing. Running my first tren and HGH cycle (already on TRT).

I'm 37 6'3 275lbs, about 20% BF.

My stack looks like this
200mg test
200mg tren A
2iu daily

Supports:
NAC
TUDCA
P5P
Fish Oil
Magnesium Glycinate
CoQ10
L-Citrilline
Tadalafil

Diet is primarily Fish and chicken. Hitting about 230 grams of protein daily.

My question, am I going to heavy on the tren for my first cycle and too light on the GH? This is NOT my first cycle, but first with these compounds. Besides checking bloods, is there anything else I should take as part of my support stack?
Any advice is appreciated.
 
P5P probably won’t be necessary as long as your e2 is in range. I’d have adex on hand in case your one of the unlucky few who gets hit with e2 sides due to tren

200 tren is a good start point to assess tolerance.

First run with Tren. I played with SARMs first, then Mast. No noticeable sides other than elevated liver and hdl crash from the SARMs. I know im making quiet the jump from previous cycles but im trying to do it conservatively. Running Ace incase I need to bail quickly. I also have arimadex on hand. Haven't needed it yet.

Forgot to mention ive got cabergoline as well incase prolactin spikes.
 
If only use the caber as a last ditch effort and even then I’d prefer to drop the tren before deploying caber. Just my personal opinion on that

Interesting take, why so against the caber? Ive never heard this so im all for the educational benefit of hearing why.

i think in the context of our bodybuilding it’s negligible but caber can cause heart problems from prolonged use. I’d rather just take more adex since high e2 is normally the reason prolactin elevates.

No disrespect, but hire a coach. Fat loss doesn’t take a bunch of compounds. Why take so much shit if the goal should be getting lean and then building size ?

No disrespect taken, its a valid question. My goal isnt fat loss, ive dropped 15% bf in the last year. Ive matched half that weight loss with muscle gain. At this point im looking breaking my plateau to keep gaining, the fat burn from tren is just a secondary benefit, imo.

Also, I didnt start taking compounds until I was already down 15%. That fat loss came from eating right and just plain working hard.

That’s not too light on HGH for your first time using it. For some odd reason, on bloodwork, IGF1 drops while using tren simultaneously with HGH. It mind f@cks guys thinking their HGH is bunk. Lots of discussion on it. The bro-science consensus is you’ll get great results from the HGH and tren regardless of the low IGF1 on bloodwork.
My personal opinion…
Just use the test and tren.
When you drop the tren, then add the HGH. Tren is such a powerful compound!!!
This is your first time using the two compounds, tren/HGH. Use them one at a time so you can know how much you get out of each by separating them.
Don’t be afraid to add steamed rice to your chicken breast and fish meals. It’ll help you stay full and with your energy. Trust me, if that’s your diet, and you’re doing daily cardio plus weights, you’ll get results. Don’t be afraid to do cardio multiple times a day. 2-3 sessions, 30-40 minutes each, work moderately hard, not all out! I loved fasted cardio for 30 minutes upon waking. Whey/oat/water shake immediately afterwards. A fast walk or stationary ride. Heart rate 120ish, if your resting heart rate is 60ish. Don’t expect over night miracles! Consistency is the key! Be conscious of the mood changes; quick to argue, more aggression, paranoia. It’s all part of the tren game. Take a few extra seconds before responding to people, or just walk away.

Excellent advice, ill split the two up and see how they affect me first. I do layer in some complex carbs in my meals, mostly around training so I dont run out of glycogen mid lift. Thank you for the response!
