A little background: I get up every morning at 3 am and I lift from 4:30-6:15 am (3 days on 1 day off). I only use this schedule because I work construction from 7-4 and I have children that go to sleep around 7:30. Going to the gym before work gives me time around my kids. I typically fall asleep for the night around 7:45. I’m planning to start tren in December and was curious if anybody has played around with the timing with tren ace. I go straight from the gym to work so after my workout wouldn’t be an option. I am planning on pinning daily at around 5 pm but figured I’d ask in case anyone would recommend pinning pre workout instead.
