Does anybody else get this while driving? We all know about the low back “pump” from gear but i get the exact same feeling while driving. It happens very quickly too, its not like Im driving for an hour and it happens, sometimes literally 10min and they are sore and tight. Current cycle is TC and nandrolone decanoate but its kind of irrelevant because it has happened no matter what I happen to be doing at the time. Happened with oxandrolone and methandrostenolone as well. I always take the lowest effective dose possible so I doubt its the amount but just wanted to see if this was something else or gear related. Thanks

Probably the way your holding the wheel. Is it both traps or just the side that your hand is holding the wheel?

Also welcome to ASF lol

I tend to either have my left arm on top of the wheel or both on the bottom of the wheel resting on my legs. Ive tried moving around to different positions. Doesnt go away. Very strange. Ive never had an injury there or any trauma. Its the same exact feeling you will get in your lower back on cycle which is why I assumed gear.

You might just be flexing the muscle without realizing while driving. How long does it take to go away after you stop driving? And does it happen every time you drive or specific days like when you train chest or back?

I’d say posture issue that flexes your traps. I used to walk with my shoulders shrugged up when I was younger for some reason, never knew it till an ex recorded me and I saw it, I was like wtf 😬 pay attention next time you drive, could be the reason.

You may need electrolytes. Get an electrolyte supplement that has them all and also get taurine.

If I don't have a daily flow of electrolytes going into my system I get cramps all over. A lot of people are chronically dehydrated to some degree or at least low on electrolytes.

We workout and sweat our asses off, we get night sweats from gear and some of us just sweat our asses off bc our metabolism is running 100mph.

Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, etc. I swear by magnesium. I supplement it in addition to what's in my electrolyte drink. It actually helps my anxiety and depression.
