Transparent real review of Monster Labs

Been a member on here for 8 years and have tried multiple sponsors for sources. I have developed a few favorites. Among them, Monster is my go-to and first choice. Here are the reasons:

Service - great communication. Their ticket system has always gotten me a response should I have a question or concern. Last Black Friday sale, I got an email saying pack shipped but never a tracking number and no pack ever showed. With minimal back and forth I was provided with a tracking number and my pack showed up. Not sure what happened to the first one or if it was busy at Black Friday and never sent at all but they made it right. Paying is always easy and convenient with monster too.

The gear: I like it. Have had good luck with the blends they offer. The PIP is minimal if at all sometimes. Nice clean oil. Effective the npp and dbol are great for putting on size. The tren and mast cut me up nicely. Good stuff. I cruise on their test e year round. If you like cialis or viagra there’s are both good. I love their cialis. Good pumps on the gym and great for sex.

I don’t have much bad to say. I’ve had great luck with them. For all the reasons these guys are who I got to. The price is competitive and they run nice promos. Thanks for the service guys. Pinning your stuff today!

But shouldn't all reviews be genuine. Why is this isolated review considered 'real'?
excuse the way i stated that i could see the room for misinterpretation. all we did was send a mass email asking customers to leave honest reviews thats it. if you like we can send you a free bottle, and you could leave an honest review of your experience and the gear as well. let me know if your down.
 
No need for that. I completely understand what you are doing. I have been following the recent threads and I get you want reestablish the Monster reputation. I think what most members were frustrated about was the way the situation was handled. IMO....unprofessionally. I also believe that the consumer could have handled it more civil as well. I don't know for sure and maybe he tried handling off the forum first prior to bringing the issue into the open board.

I have cycled your line......a few years back.....and never had any issues with quality, PIP, or purity. We all know that users in this environment can get pretty impatient pretty quickly when there are any kind of dilemmas but remaining professional and accommodating will please the consumer. The best recommendation is always 'word-of-mouth'.

I honestly hope all things get resolved....in a civil and proper manor for both Monster Labs and your clients.

I am the manager, and will be taking over repping here on out. We could easily find a rep but I believe in this company and am passionate about it so I feel there would be no one more adequate than me to represent us. Mass E-Mail, so you keep customers information after they've ordered? For how long?
 
we have an email list, yes and customers are able to unsubscribe
 
I also left a review this week. I made it clear that it has been a long time since I ordered since i usually buy once a year to have enough inventory for over a year.

So, I could not comment on recent happenings.

I also stated that we aren’t buying stuff made in a controlled laboratory that is monitored by the FDA. In other words, shit happens but that shit could ruin things when health is involved.

I’m confident monster will rectify the situation and I sure hope the user makes a full recovery because he seems like a great guy and that is concerning.

I’m probably one of Monster’s oldest clients and for good reason. The service has been great and product results have been amazing.

I’m looking forward to this new oil mix since the existing oil has been a complete bitch for me to work with and does give me pip lately. But it is a trade off I’ll make for safety.

I’ll post an update at some point.
