I never even seen a beat up marathon box before, they look like the all get delivered in perfect condition. Sounds like your courier must of shook up your package a lot or something happened in shipping. Sounds fishy to me. You hardly explain how your package arrived other than saying they came all loose. What was the issue? not enough padding to keep the boxes secure and closed?

The issue was it wasn't vac sealed. May sounds crazy to some of you but when your box gets checked because a vial broke you'll understand. What i recieved was in good condition I just know the risk if it leaks. I understand it hasn't happened yet to anyone's knowledge but never say never.

It really started off as a recommendation for the future but the arrogant answer of the rep and his inability to even try to understand shows character. Confidence in your product is a good thing. That's why I choose the lab. Arrogance and unwilling to even listen or try to have a mature understanding is why I'll move on.

Sorry for the long rant.. all this just to say I didn't like shipping, the rep just jumped straight to you can go elsewhere. No shit. I can and will but that kind of attitude isn't good for business.

Respectfully, I wasn't being anything but honest. What i said is how I feel. Could it be worded differently? Absolutely, but I'm not trying to make friends. I spend my hard earned $ on gear and have a couple expectations. They didn't meet one and it's ok, I'll move on but trying to word it nicely is not my concern. Dude was arrogant af anyway. If it wasn't an underground market no one would be saying be nice.
At the end of the day everyone has different personalities and expectations. Mine wasn't met and I addressed it. Funny thing is if it was a good review no one would be saying anything about what I said. You can spend your $ wherever you want obviously but I'm sure you have expectations too.
