To test what my test levels are do I need a total testosterone test? And I want a test that shows above 1500 correct?

What is the difference between a Total and Free test?
Its exactly as it sounds. Total is how much bioavailable and bound testosterone you have. Free is how much unbound, bioavailable, usable test you have. SHBG will bind to the hormone and its basically idle, just existing inside you, until its unbound, or "free", for your body to use. Pull your full panel and post the results here and let the guys tell you whats up. What are your goals? You just seeing what kind of shape youre currently in or are you having low test symptoms?

I am on just 500mg test enanthate/ week right now. I want to see how high my testosterone level is. I get a CBC every month and everything is always good.

I see...well again pull a full hormone panel, if money's tight and youre doing bare minimum then at least get E2(LC/MS/MS) , Free Testosterone and Total Testosterone. You need all 3 of those numbers to get any kind of idea whats going on inside. Good luck.

Jeezus you're already on a blast and don't know what labs to get or how to stay safe? This is how people get hurt. Did you get labs before starting? Do you know how to manage estrogen side effects?

I have been feeling lethargic for a few months so I asked my doctor to do these tests:
1. TSH
Free T4
Free T3
2. CBC
3. VItamin B12
Folate levels
4. Vitamin D levels
5. Iron
6. Cortisol levels

I also asked for these Kidney and Liver tests:
1. CMP
2. LFT's
3. ALT
4. AST

I got my Free Testosterone and Total Testosterone and Sex Hormone Bind Globulin and Albumin tests done here are the results

Free Test: 60.7 which is super high its supposed to be between 5.7 and 17.9
Total Test: 1698
Sex Hormone Bind Globulin: 16L which is low its supposed to be between 16.5 and 55.9
Albumin: 4.2 which is normal.

Any other tests that could possibly making me lethargic? I take a nolvadex once a week.

Why are you taking nolvadex? And how much? Like @Hablooblah said above, go get an ultra sensitive E2 (estrogen) test. You're taking a SERM and don't even know what your estrogen level is. Not to mention SERMs are for short term management of symptoms, not long term estrogen level management. You should have done a lot more research before you started this cycle man.

Why?! Why take tamoxifen at all and if you are Why 1 time a week?!
Also, your free test is not "super high" amd your shbg is not that low. They're both perfect. If anything they could go slightly higher/lower respectively.

I actually just started nolvadex so I can stop that. What about all my other tests? Can they tell me why I am lethargic?

What you posted so far looks fine. Get the rest of your blood work done. Estrogen, thyroid, cortisol, all that listed above. I'd add lipids to those tests too. Not likely to cause lethargy, but good to stay on top of. If that all looks good, it could be any number of lifestyle things. Sleep, recovery, diet, etc.

They could yeah (suboptimal thyroid levels, low b12 and an anemic iron level come to mind, the others possibly if they indicate a diseased state but unlikely), but I’d def check e2 first as others said.

Here are my abnormal levels after all my blood tests:
Hematocrit 60.2 (High) 42.5-55%
absolute monocytes 1092. (high) 200-950 normally
absolute eosinophils 0L. (low) 15-500 normally
RDW 17.2 (high) 11-15% normally
Bun/ creatine ratio 23 (high) 6-22 normally
Urea nitrogen (BUN) 26 (high) 7-25 normally

Also I think I need estrogen tests. Do I need more than these 3?
  • LabCorp sensitive assay: 8–35 pg/mL
  • Quest ultrasensitive LC-MS/MS assay: 10–40 pg/mL
  • General clinical reference: 7.6–42.6 pg/mL

Your hematocrit is crazy high. I would definitely go donate blood. What’s your blood pressure look like?

I am on a blood pressure med. My blood pressure is usually around 110 over 75.

What about all the other tests I was high or low on? Are any of those a problem?

Did you not read the 3 other posts above this one that you need to donate blood because of your crazy high hematocrit? You are literally about to have a blood clot leading to stroke or heart attack. You said you monitor CBC every month? Something is wrong because your CBC last month did NOT have a normal hematocrit if it's 60 now, unless you are taking EQ or something else. And when you say you are taking "blood pressure medicine" wondering if that could cause your lethargy, why don't you tell us WHICH blood pressure medicine??? Name it and don't make us hunt for it. It's like you don't really want help or don't realize how serious and potentially dangerous is this road you're going down.
