Hey everyone,Been lifting consistently for 1–1.5 years but my progress has been pretty slow/underwhelming. Only peptides I've used are Retatrutide and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (200mcg). Never touched AAS, SARMs, or anything suppressive.Recent bloodwork showed Total Testosterone = 18 nmol/L (~519 ng/dL). I'm not planning on getting more bloods unless i wanna hop on something. Considering Enclomiphene solo to boost natural test, recovery, and help break the plateau.

Quick background:
Training 4-5x/week, diet/sleep okay but room for improvement.
Using Retatrutide for body comp (helps fat loss but can make bulking harder).

Questions for experienced users:
  1. At 19 with ~519 ng/dL and slow gains, is Enclomiphene solo a reasonable mild first hormonal step?
  2. Typical starter protocol? (12.5mg EOD or daily? How long to run it?)
  3. What results have younger guys seen in strength, muscle, energy, libido? Especially stacking with GH peptides like CJC/Ipa?
  4. Common sides to watch for? (Mood, vision, E2, etc.)
  5. Better mild options, or should I grind harder on natty basics first?
Appreciate real experiences from guys who started young with similar T levels and slow progress. Not looking to blast anything heavy yet. Thanks!

If your 19 and 520ng you don’t need gear definitely not at your experience level you can train hard and your natural production will keep up I mean your 19 lol.. lift heavy..squats, deadlifts ect test will go up.. Also cjc1295 isn’t going to do much as you already are 19 yrs old lol

If your serious the very best thing to do is find a qualified trainer that is realistic and reputable.. That right person is who you need..
