Not gonna lie didn’t really track anything , just did a higher volume day. Like I said in last post, back to chasing the log book next week. End of last bulk did 315 on incline smith for 9 with 2-3 second negatives. Today failed the 8th rep so I’m close. Wanted to see where I was at.
Weight was 235 and feeling heavy. Since I’ve been doing more volume calories have been 5k on gym days and off days been around 4600-4700. Dropping calories slightly next week since volume is going back down.
Bulk might be fucking with my head, just have to stay the coarse.
Scheduling bloods maybe end of next week to see how everything looking. Might throw something else into the mix. Hope you guys had a great weekend
