Chest day
Not gonna lie didn’t really track anything , just did a higher volume day. Like I said in last post, back to chasing the log book next week. End of last bulk did 315 on incline smith for 9 with 2-3 second negatives. Today failed the 8th rep so I’m close. Wanted to see where I was at.

Weight was 235 and feeling heavy. Since I’ve been doing more volume calories have been 5k on gym days and off days been around 4600-4700. Dropping calories slightly next week since volume is going back down.
Bulk might be fucking with my head, just have to stay the coarse.

Scheduling bloods maybe end of next week to see how everything looking. Might throw something else into the mix. Hope you guys had a great weekend 🍻

Weight was sky rocketing and was messing with my head. Dropped calories to 4,500 last 3 days, lowered Hgh to 6iu split. Monday night pissed out 9lbs lol.. Weight was 243 before bed, woke up 234.
Keeping Hgh at 6iu for now and going to increase calories back up now that I know it was just water weight.

Yesterday I didn’t track leg workout, had to do another volume day. Behind knee had a weird twinge so decided not to push the weight on squats.

Had to postpone blood work til probably this Friday. My two dogs got into a Big fight and cost 500 at the vet. One needed some staples had a huge gash, fucking nasty.

Any way Chest day feeling strong, weight was 234, calories back up. Pushing 5,250 on leg, chest/push and back day.

I was at work, watched the whole thing on camera after my wife called. Living room was covered in blood had to run home I thought the one was dead for sure. Didn’t move for 30min

Ones a Shepard mix and the others a pitbull. Happened before like a year ago. Think the pit will be finding a new home. Ashame because she’s really a great dog but they are both females and just buttheads once in a while.

I would been whooping some ass. People say if u don’t correct them immediatley they forget but I don’t believe that at all. If one of my dogs shit in the house while I’m out and I come back. They act cowardly when I come in because they know they did something bad. I don’t rlly hit my dogs anymore to correct them unless it’s something serious, but they know there in the wrong. Dogs are smarter than people say they are. They don’t immediately forget what they did

This only happens if I’m not home. If I’m there it stops right away. Little nervous, if the pit turned on me, bitch is 100lbs. I’ve clocked her on the head before and shit didn’t phase her.
