I've noticed there has been more positivity in the forum lately especially in the sponsored and unsponsored journal thread. Supporting people on whatever journey they are on means more than you think. Social media is full of trolls and negativity so it's just cool seeing us supporting one another whether you agree or disagree with what they are trying to achieve. It doesn't take much to encourage or inspire someone and help them push towards their goal. At the end of the day, we all want to be better and coming here should be a place where we help each other as best we can. Doesn't mean constructive criticism isn't warranted sometimes, but it's for the benefit of the person it's directed at with good intent.

I appreciate and respect those of you who already do this.

My brother that's why we are on this forum to support, share experiences and have an adult respectful conversation. I disagree with many posts from long time friends and new ones, but repect their opinion and that's it. We don't all have to be in agreement, but have meaningful conversation. Thanks my brother, this is a good post.

That's why I love this family I'll be honest here Im going through my divorce currently and slipped I'm a former addict but I started one day having a drink a day then it turned into getting plastered every night for two months I quit working out dropped my meals had alot going for my self physice wise littlerly the only thing that brought me back to reality and bodybuilding was keeping up on the forums watching yalls positivity and progress logs and just seeing how great the community is fast forward now almost 2 months only 2 drinks stay back on my meal plans and the fire is lit back up I can't thank y'all enough you guys definitely saved me

We Rise by Lifting Others

Men get beat down, criticized, and held to unreasonable standards. Its our duty and obligation to encourage and lift up each other. Lift a brother today because tomorrow you may need lifting.

...I mean, we all gotta give him alittle shit about it, but all in good fun. Just lift him up all the same. 🤣

Great Post @Meetketchup

Amen to that! I’m learning a lot from the vets here. The positive posts and encouragement that I read are very inspiring.

This forum is definitely different than most I’ve frequented over the last 2 decades. Trolling is almost non-existent and very little negativity, especially considering the topics of physique, lifting, etc. are extremely ripe for it. Very grateful for the community here. And it’s where I found my coach who’s gotten me into the best shape of my life and taught me a ton in a very short period of time. 😁
