What's going on guys, so far this week has been ass, I couldn't train for 2 days since I was so busy with work and running stupid errands that took up the whole day, paperwork, and whatnot on top of commuting, Got 3 lifts in this week which is not the worst thing in the world but not ideal either, nutrition has been steady, next week gonna go down to 2800 calories although with Christmas coming up that's gonna be in the way. C'mon, am I not gonna eat turkey or lamb or anything one day, it's whatever I'll get back to it as soon as this fucking holidays are done. Until then I'll keep at it just not gonna beat myself up for it. Hunger is going down which is greatly appreciated, also lost the puffy look from the high test and Deca I was running and I ain't looking as fat as I thought but still gotta lose all that fat. I had an amazing 3 lifts tho, and hit PPL this week so there's that, my strength is somewhat still there, haven't implemented Anavar, will do it once I'm leaner so it shines. Today's lift was nice, almost puked on the Vsquat so there's that...... Also, my quads are fucking sore right now, I love legs man, it so challenging physically and mentally but very rewarding, the thing is I already got pretty massive leg's so I don't feel behind, if anything my upper body needs to explode but not right now, next bulk.

I'm back like herpes..... What's going on folks, this month really fucked up my shit, food was dog shit, training was dog shit since I didn't train this whole past week. The holidays were nice but it made things hard plus work was crazy as well. Thankfully the biggest holidays in my household are done, new year's doesn't really spark any interest for us so It'll be a normal day for me. I didn't even pin last week, got a big lump where I had pinned before that and decided to pin the same spot a few days later. I don't feel like shit or anything which I thought might've been the case after skipping a whole week of training, eating well and pinning. On the other hand my body is probably thankful I took some extended time off, but that's all over.

Started with the fasted cardio since yesterday morning, let's get that fat out of these love handles. I trained Push today after the whole week off which was really nice, very nice pump, strength is still there which is great. I downloaded an app to keep track of the workouts and sets and what not since I was used to just writing them down on my note's app.

Diet wise I'm eating 2800 calories as of today, gonna stay there till the weight comes down which will do with those calories and the fasted cardio It should be fine, the problem for me as not eating little stuff that add up, gonna have to chew gum all day like a dumb blonde to satisfy those cravings, protein is high at 240-250 grams a day, 90 grams of fat although most likely I won't be eating that much, rest is carbs. So that's the plan for this guy, I hope whatever you guy's are aiming for you succeed and not just in the gym but money wise or business, relationships, goals, whatever.

Today I was so sore from yesterday's workout, it's nice to feel like those first days when you started to workout. Woke up this morning and did fasted cardio, 30 minutes on the stair climber on level 4 and 5. Get's the blood flowing first thing in the morning and I feel a lot better also, just feels nice to get it outta the way in the morning and not worry about it after working out. I was discouraged this whole past week thought I was gonna look like shit and surprise surprise today I hit back and biceps and took my pump cover and didn't look half bad, still got way's to go but yeah that's where I'm at. Not doing anything today, just a normal day for me. Got leg's tomorrow, you already know im gonna end up limping this whole week with legs.

Wednesday it is, cranked up the intensity on the fasted cardio this morning, it had me sweating bullets for 30 minutes, it's always those last 5 minutes that feel like forever. Did that, had my meals in today, hit my diet and macros and all the good stuff. Been feeling pretty good tbh, I don't know if its the new year new me that's getting to me since everybody and their mother is trying to get fit this year, I'm trying to get bigger and leaner than last year. Hit leg's today and thank god I did the cardio in the morning other wise I'd probably had skipped today, some guy asked me to spot him on the squat with 405 lbs, I was completely fucked from the v squat machine and I was praying this guy had it otherwise he'd be squating with Franco Colombu right now. Now I don't like to be bothered when I'm working out by nobody, I don't talk to anybody, I don't ask to work in with nobody and this guy asks me to spot him, I stand behind him and he gives me this story about how work is rough now and he don't know if he goti it like before, I was like yeah alright. Just wasn't in the mood to talk with anybody, later on he want's to work in with me thankfully it was my last set so I did mine and then he had the machine to himself. Anyhow enough rambling about that. The hunger is getting to me, I'm doing everything in the book, green tea, caffeine, chewing gum. I just hate stariving but I hate being fat even more. It'll be worth it on the long run. Have anavar on hand but I aint touching it until some weight comes off, it be useless I think to use right now.

Did Chest yesterday. slept in and skipped cardio, had my meals and I think by the end of the night my stomach was getting used to the less food I'm having. It has sucked being hungry, I've been chewing gum like crazy and sipping on caffeine. Yesterday's lift was nice, I did less chest and focused a bit more on shoulders, I think I should start doing front raises more often, bring up those front delts more. I got today's cardio in the morning out of the way which is great, it's like going downhill since I'm getting used to it. Bought some Japanese sauce that has garlic, ginger and soy sauce, 1 tbsp has 30 calories and I measure a tbsp and its a shit ton of sauce so it's nice for a change. I also want to start baking some chicken instead of grilling it just to switch it up a little bit.

Weight is coming down slowly which is nice, started meal prepping chicken in the oven instead of grilling it and it’s a little bit better, just needed to season it better. Today wasn’t my day; I popped my knee getting into the car and I think I partially tore my mcl. It’s not a major tear I think but it hurts like a mf, it’s not swollen so there’s that. At least I got my cardio in for the day before that shit happened, probably gonna take today and tomorrow off, almighty train just upper body if I can get out of the bed in the next days. Right now I’m on the couch icing the knee, this sucks but I’ll get over it
 
What's going on folks, It's been a while....

Haven't posted much anywhere for the last month or so, work and school has got me busy as hell, back in January I screwed up my MCL and as much as I tried to not let it get to me, it did. Felt somewhat frustrated that I had this whole plan and cycle and what not to get shredded and that went out the window. Shout out to Anadrol Burrito (shout out he's doing great), I've been looking at his progress and I realized that it's not linear, with ups and downs, that helped me out a little, to see that not everybody is dialed in and consistent 24/7 as I think. I planned to come back and show my work but that's been challenging. I am not trying to make excuses, just thinking out loud here.

So despite the ups and downs and days where I overate or underate or couldn't train, I'm still chugging along, still running 500 test 400 primo, I feel great, no sides besides some acne on my back but nothing to bad I'd say. Right now the aim is 2400 calories a day, got the meal plan in and today I woke up at 235 lbs, I still got a long road to go, the midsection throws off my physique so bad, Just need to dial in. I have been working out 3-4 days a week since shit gets in the way and before you know it, it's already 11 pm and you're dead tired. Any way I'll try to keep posting as It's nice looking back at the progress, I took some progress pics today and I'm attaching them below, let's see what we can do in the next months....

Woke up at 233.4 lbs today, hit some push today, weight is coming down nice and steady, was initially planning to incorporate anavar once I reached 230 lbs, began at 250 lbs, I wanna lean out even more and once I reach maybe 220 or look lean enough I’ll incorporate it. So far so good, back on track, diet is key (what a surprise….) Hope ya have a nice weekend.

April 19: I’m down from 250 peak bulk to 223 this morning, it’s been a long process but I can see the progress, I was fat asf and I’m finally looking decent, still got probably 10 lbs to go at least I would say. Strength is still there and hasn’t seen much impact if any at all. 2200 calories a day, clean food, I’m used to it so I don’t get hungry which is good since it’s more manageable to diet, here’s a pic of me doing front raises with an ez curl bar
