To all the newer lifters and even some intermediate guys out there...be patient!

I have never seen such a trend of people expecting/gains to come lightening quick. It doesn't matter at what rate someone moving, they always want more. "We've been losing 2lbs a week for a while now, can't we speed things?" This is becoming the norm. "Can we add in some orals now even though I'm 30 plus % bodyfat?" "Can we start this new peptide?"

Guys, here is a reminder that THIS is a marathon, not a sprint. If it took you years to become obese, do you think you will get shredded in 12 weeks? Of course, not. Same for guys not lifting and expecting to be Jay Cutler in 6 weeks. And no, you aren't ready to start a cycle!

I don't know if it's social media or what, but it's nuts!

Put your head down, train hard, eat on point, do you cardio and give 110% The chips will fall where they may. Doing more is NOT always better. Impatience is the number one reason people fail. It's the workhouses that grind day in and day out that win the day.

Rant over. :)

Sounds like someone had a difficult client this morning. 😂

Give them two weeks of increased deficit/volume and change their mindset forever.

After I spent some time eating at or below 1500 with about 3k tdee I never want to experience that again. I am 100% confident that I could temporarily increase rate of my weight loss, I am also 100% confident that I don't want to do that lol

Tren is the exception. You should always add Tren, right?
On other forums all they do is push tren. It’s scary the recommended cycles I’ve seen lately, especially for first cycles.
As funny as that is, it's often the first thing newer people ask to use despite looking like they've never stepped foot in a gym. "I heard...." :(

Pretty much the same in all areas of life i find. Whether getting in shape, being healthy and disease free etc. People think they will be rich overnight investing in things like bitcoin. Yet wont put the time or energy into getting more education to get a better job so they can not spend all they make so they have money to invest and grow over time. For 99%+ of people getting better in any area of life is a life long process. Since the early 90's when i was traing people in the gym or helping in other areas of life i would tell people it is a marathon not a sprint.

Funny you say this cause I had to give myself a gut check this morning haha. Weights up condition is good definitely gaining size and fullness and I said to myself maybe I’ll see if we wanna add some drol now etc or increase GH blah blah blah but when I finally got outta my head and realized I was thinking of big I was etc from a while ago but I have to remember jt took the same time to get there number 1 I follow a plan not my place to add things 2 if there’s still
Progress why change it until there’s not. I feel like everyone in many situations always want a quick fast response answer reward etc and part of it is because us as a people and society now have kinging g fast access to everything. I rambled there but you understand where I’m coming from . I try to preach all the time marathon not a sprint I had a friend ask me the other day for some test and I said well what are your goals he said I want a quick acting test meanwhile he’s asking me for cyp but was describe prop and once I got down to the nitty gritty with him he wants to jump start with 2 bottles of cyp at 1000mg a week for a quick hit I was like no lmfao I refuse to help you unless you at least get a better smarter plan I. Place and learn a little. Meanwhile he told me he was doing tren and test 4-5 weeks ago ran out stopped and now wants prop or cyp guys all over the place never had bloodwork or checked any levels and looks like dog shit 🤣sorry rant over

I also think they are so dissatisfied with how they look, they are desperate to change. This CAN be a good thing if they use that fuel for the long haul. Key being the long haul. For years I've been talking to people about thinking of where they want to be in six months/9 months/next year. We all know this, but it's a mindset that needs to be passed on. Since it not innate, it can be difficult to grasp. BUT once someone get it, their life forever changes for the better.

*Goes back to re-read mid week check in email hoping it wasn’t me lol 👀
Not even close. You've worked your balls off and adhered to everything these last 6 weeks. Just speaking in generalities and letting people know it's not uncommon to feel this way. We ALL can get impatient. Most people fail and this is one of the main reasons why.

The best way to shut people up is showing them before and after pics of their progress. People just can't see it themselves.

Posts like this are why I wish I'd found this place much earlier.

I was that guy 100% trying to find an easy way out of doing the work. Taking shit I had no business using and getting nothing more than some weird fucking side effects and still not being any closer to what I want to look and feel like. But it's all good you live and you learn and it's always cool seeing how much shared knowledge and experience you can find here.

Also the Pit is fun.
