Guys this is a thread for you to post questions, comments or updates on your current usage.

Anything goes! This is kinda like a combined log for all of us and also should be a great knowledge based thread for others new to this compound.

I have never seen a universal thread for INJ yk-11 so please if you are running it, chime in. Even little details you notice.

I'll go first. I think day 5? 10mgs 2x a day.

Dropped alot of water, especially in my face. New striations for fact. Only had PIP in one spot and it was super mild and lasted half a day.

Even biceps have been painless inj

I may do 4 weeks at 10*2 and then bump up to 20mgs X2 for weeks 4-8
 
I currently on day 2 I did a shot last night and one this morning I'm doing 10 x 2 oil very easy to go in a slin pin I think I just have sensitive as shoulders a little soreness will keep updates going also
 
So i started 10mg 2x a day. I had a semi sore throat prior to starting that I thought would go away, but it has turned into a complete down and out for me so I stopped 2 days ago.

No pip, I was alternating ventro glutes and delts.

Will be back on in a few days.

Everyone here is sick w that too. I had it for two days but jumped on Prednisone and zpack and I'm back in the gym.

Feel better.

Question.

I plan on starting Monday but I’m trying to figure out a schedule. I leave for work at 5:50am and don’t get home until 6:30pm and I’m usually at the gym by 7:30pm.

My question is, when should I do my injections. Taking a loaded pin to work with me really isn’t a great idea lol.

I have a similar schedule to you, I’ll do my morning injections before I leave and then preworkout I’ll do Hgh, bpc and yk11 I go to bed an hour after I get back from the gym so it works out alright for me
 
day 3 and I definitely feel it working, dropped ~5 lbs of water, strength was right where I need to be based off of my program which is nice because usually when I add in tren I’ll loose some strength from the lost water initially. No pip too which has been nice
 
40-60mg is the sweet spot for me but I’ve used it many of times now. Usually 6-8 weeks (law of diminishing returns at the end for me personally). I have done both single two a day pins — truly never “felt” a difference but prefer twice just bc of the oil volume. Amazing compound.

You’ve done one injection a day and gotten similar results to 2 injections? I’d assume pre workout?!
 
Day 2. 5mg twice daily (10 total) to start as it’s my first time using it. Delta and quads with zero pip (and my quads usually bark when injecting anything - even just test cyp 200 for TRT). Thinking I might try lats for the first time with this

I tried quads yesterday bc I always tell everyone not to use quads as they're the most prone to abscess and infection and PIP.

So this was just me testing waters.

Woke up today w tiny PIP. Scale of 1-10, a 2?
Basically nothing but I can feel that I did it.
Way more tolerable then just Test even. This is in a very thin MCT style oil so it's super tolerable.
I def notice my midsection lines are showing minus me trying.

One thing I will say is that I haven't been sleeping great all week. I will sleep 4-5 hours total and then I can't sleep anymore.

It may or may not be as result.. I will keep watching. I may go up to 20mgs 2x a day bc I really wanna "feel" this and see quick results since I haven't used anything except TRT for a long time.

Man… I’ve never been able to find a sweet spot on my quads …. Any injection always seem to be painful
 
Quads are in my usual rotation. 25g 1”. Any compound except Tren, that goes in the delts only. You guys are making me feel left out. I want to hop in and buy some now lol
 
I have not taken YK 11 in the injectable form and promptly ordered 4 bottles when I saw them available. My first shot was early this am and second this afternoon, both 10 mg and one in each quad. No pip, etc. Very smooth and all good so far.

Your BF should definitely be low otherwise you are wasting time in general for any compound. Expect MENT, who doesn’t love looking like a Water Buffalo?! 🙂

I've been wondering about timing to start this, so perfect timing for this thread.
I started a cycle of 125mg test C, 20mg test P (really just to clear out some old stock no other reason) and 15mg NPP for a few weeks now.
I moved from AG to another labs C and noticed a serious change, not sure if it was mental or not but... At the beginning of this week I added in 8mg of tren A subQ every day and will run for 10 weeks leading up to a meet. I'm hesitant to add another compound, but if the brain trust thinks it would be helpful. My calories are a smidge above maintenance, that number is going up every day it seams, I'm dropping weight, eating more and feeling better. 5 days in the gym every week. Slow and steady.
 
Ok so over the sickness crap earlier today so did 15mg yk11 and 100mg test c (prescription trt) in the same syringe into ventroglute. Smooooooth. Did an easy paced workout but felt good.

Btw prednisone and a zpack worked wonders on the top 3 worst ever sore throats I've had. Wow thst cleared fast.

Going to bump to 15mg 2x a day starting Saturday.

I can see striations in my face and shoulders already. Small changes.

Last time I used this it took me until about week 4. My strength is up in the first week alone. I tested out heavy squats and 315 was moving like it was an empty bar.

Imo since it's primarily a myostatin inhibitor it takes a few months if you dose low to really see great results. Kinda how HGH does when u low dose.

I'm prob gonna jump up to 20mgs X2 next week. No reason for me to take the minimal approach since I've got a few bottles on hand. I always start low and taper up no matter what I have used just to gauge my individual response at that moment in time.

It took me frontloading one bottle of YK into individual 10mg pinz and after 30 mins i was like screw this!

I have everything on hand and can just make a kit for everyone. These are still the same 30gauge tips that are an insulin syringe so this literally takes 1/4 the time or less. I can frontload 20 pins in 10mins
