I love a good TNE..
Or..popping a Drol an hour before a heavy lift..
Lately, I've been using a TNE/Tren base 75/25..
With 50mgs of Anadrol..
I usually wait 1.5 to 2 hours after taking, before hitting the Iron..
It's buy far the Best combo I've used..
The TNE/Tren is strong AF..
AND
The Drol, keeps your strength up throughout the Whole WO..
NOW...
The Bad News...
I've never been more sore...
Even with everything I'm doing to improve and enhance Recovery..
I've doubled my protein intake, sleeping longer and adding naps in the Days not training..
There's nearly nothing more I can do to improve my Recovery..
I can't touch HGH,due to my medical condition..
But...
I have some CJC1295 left from a trial run..Tomorrow I'm hitting that..
My food intake is on point, best ever..
I know being 57 is a factor..and perhaps C is too..
But..if you know me..that's not going to get in my Way..
Just thought I'd put it Out There..
Also,the Stronger the pre-WO..the Greater chance of an Injury..
I took 5 days off..today's my second day back..and sore AF..
Yeah..I'm pushing some heavy numbers but not Maxing..
Body is ready for TRT...and lighter lifts..
3 weeks left of this Great Run..
