I skipped to the end of the video, imho, all of those proteins suck. If I had to choose one though, I’d choose fair life cause its cheaper than Labrada at my local gas station and it tastes decent.

@Arnold bring back the IML vanilla protein, it was a solid supplement

I always go for the Fairlife Core Elite 42g. A little more. But pick them up at Sam’s as well. They are the best oregano-made IMO.

This is the best RTD i've had (Vanilla is best). $20/12pk at Costco. They are new and sold them for $15 when they first came out. I normally shake up a variety between Dynatize Iso100 and this local company called Orion when they are slinging at the gym and want to cut me a deal on a couple of bags. I always have a 6pk of rtd in the fridge for the middle of the night hunger strike. Ghost nutter butter is fire too.
