Curious if many others have seen their IGF1 levels jump from TRT (or exogenous test in general). I had a baseline of 265 and saw my IGF1 rise to 335 after a couple months of 150mg test. Im not on HGH or peptides other than Reta. Estradiol was 53, which I understand can be a driving factor. In case it's relevant, free test is 218 (quest direct measure), total test is 701 at trough, and SHBG at 19.

I'm pretty satisfied with the 335. Wondering if it will continue to scale up if I increase test dosage.

Yes. I had IGF at like 220-240 with my test at 832. Dropped something like 80 points dropping my test down to 400ish.

Yes, It's the estrogen from aromatization that drives the whole GH/IGF axis. Testosterone aromatizes to estradiol, and that estrogen upregulates GHRH at the hypothalamus, which increases growth hormone release, which then drives IGF-1 production.
