gonna skip the thing with “diet and cardio dictate”, bcs i already know that and everything is dialed in.
500mg test e
50mg var
25mg proviron
reta 2mg
wanna speed up the cutting process, and that gonna happen with aggresive deficit of 1000-1100 kcal, and in 2-3 weeks i expect my thyroid to go down. the cut gonna be 6-8 weeks, my plan is the time, even if i sacrifise some muscle, but gonna try to minimize that when i up the protein. so im gonna add t3 in like 2 weeks and gonna start with 25mcg.
so:
should i up my kcals more, or keep the same once i add t3?
how much protein to consume? 1,5g/lb / 2g/lb?
should i take it first thing in the morning, if i up the dosage should i split?
how long should i take t3? are 4/6 weeks too much?

Hard to say depending on where you currently are weight and bodyfat wise. Can you clarify?

Also, an aggressive cut of over 1K cals for 6-8 weeks along with T3 use is overkill and a good environment for muscle loss.
well, i was 193lbs last cut at 9-10% subq end of cycle, but stopped for 6 months bcs of surgery and now im 180lb at 18-19% bf.
at this point and bf% i can go with 200 test and go on moderate deficit, but like i said the time here plays, even if i have to sacrifise some muscle its better for me to go faster to 10-11%bf and start a winter bulk.

I like to use aggressive deficits for mostly mini cuts (short durations such as 3 to maybe 4 weeks). Anything more than that is counterproductive IMO. You don't need a lot of gear as well, just some lowish test and maybe var to get through the workouts.

Otherwise, I would do a traditional cut. Drastic changes, nutrition, cycles usually don't end well.

thanks! maybe ill try the same for 4 weeks.
what kind of aggressive cut? more than 1000 deficit? 1500 maybe?
also, is there any positive to throw t3 in these 4 weeks or?

but doesnt reta works just by decreasing appetite? slightly increases metabolism maybe, but it shows only in studies
8/10+mg?
Reta does more than that. My experience with it was 2-3mg wk.. it changes how you process nutrients, also fucks up my mood..lol

First, why do you expect your thyroid to go down and second, why not replace the T3 with a GLP-1?
