IMO I’d just run GH! To run the dosage you’d need with tesa it can get quite expensive

I'm super new so i'm talking it slow. I'll work my way up to it

I took tesamorelin for about 3 months, make sure you start in small doses and then ramp up. But as @Swilly91 said gh is so much better overall. TO answer your question about visceral fat, no mine stayed away as long as you stay away from whatever habits developed it in the first place
